It has TRANQUIL, lovely setting, just next door to the Fort of Galle and a leafy garden. Very helpful staff, the breakfasts are great at 7:20.

The hotel is conveniently located near Udawalawa National Park, the in-house restaurant, and Hikkaduwa Beach. the double room was spacious with comfortable beds. the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our two-night stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Windy Garden in Galle.

Nice good budget hotel with great value, we had a very comfortable stay. The location was particularly good and magnificent by over hanging palm trees, easy walk to a bus station. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and friendly - we would like to come again.

I had the a double room which was good basic and spotless with balcony. It included climate control and a private entrance. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was really quiet...

The staff at Windy Garden in Galle are incredibly accommodating and friendly. They provided us with some great recommendations. the location is convenient, close to tropical gardens, the city center, Galle Fort, and the railway/bus stations as well as the Colombo airport.

The owners of this guesthouse were mind-blowingly kind, super helpful and communicative. They provided us with amazing recommendations for tuktuk drivers with correct prices. The room blew us away with its cleanliness and the gourmet breakfast was jaw-dropping. We loved the independent entrance and the fact that the door was always open, it made us feel so comfortable. The location was peaceful and silent, yet close to the lake and the jungle. The windows had no gaps, which was fantastic. The monkeys hanging around during breakfast made it the most interesting and comfortable stay we've had. We didn't even want to leave! The hosts were truly wonderful people. And let's not forget the fantastic beach walk just across the street and the turtle sanctuary nearby.

windy garden was a delightful surprise. the owner and his daughter welcomed us with fresh papaya juice. they arranged tuk tuk rides and even lent us an umbrella. the sri lankan breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at a charming bed & breakfast in Galle. the location was ideal, just a short drive from the historic Galle Fort. the staff at Windy Garden Bed & Breakfast were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with refreshing papaya juice upon our arrival and even prepared a delicious dinner for us when we got there late at night. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. the meals served were absolutely delicious, especially the fantastic breakfast with fresh juice and a fruit plate. it was a really nice stay and we highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing 🚫.

Lovely and quiet location slightly away from the city. Fun monkey and squirrel sightings. Perfect aircon, spacious bathroom facilities, and a terrace to enjoy. Great breakfast and evening meal. Recommended out of 5 places stayed in Sri Lanka. Many thanks!

The location was decent and exceptionally nice for traveling around Galle, so close to the old town by bus, the old Galle fort and the Japanese Peace Pagoda, another highly rated attraction. Came in Galle to relax and have fun, this great budget hotel was perfect base for doing it. Visited Sea Turtle Farm, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The location near a lighthouse and a national park was nice and I got upgraded to a room with a TV, which was well-equipped.

I had a fantastic time at Windy Garden! The food was divine, especially the fresh pastries. The free wifi was a lifesaver and the staff were delightful. Plus, the fishing and hiking tours were a blast.

Oh, and let's not forget the shared kitchen. all I wanted was an uninterrupted cooking experience.
